Why 'the Food Narc'?
My mom started lovingly referring to me as the Food Narc several years ago.
Eating healthily has become a lifestyle change I made when I first started my basketball career in Europe. I quickly discovered that longevity in the game could be correlated with taking care of your body, and eating correctly.
So when I'd come home from Europe, each and every summer, she felt like I enjoyed bursting her bubble when it came to her latest food find. Thus the Food Narc.
But that wasn't the case at all. I just want us to lead the healthiest lives we can!
To help weed through my many posts, I wanted to make the food system and nutrition posts easier to find!
